The Agency Manager Trainee position is a structured development role designed for motivated professionals who want to build a career in insurance sales and leadership. Responsibilities
  • Learn the fundamentals of insurance sales by working directly with clients and prospects
  • Build, manage, and grow a personal book of business year over year
  • Conduct client needs assessments and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
  • Generate new business through referrals, networking, and lead follow-up
  • Meet or exceed individual sales goals while progressing through the training program
  • Learn agency operations including marketing, client retention, and compliance
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training future team members
  • Develop leadership skills through coaching, mentorship, and hands-on experience
  • Participate in structured training, performance reviews, and career development planning

Requirements
  • Sales, customer service, or leadership experience preferred
