The Onsite Manager In Training program provides hands-on training in Sales, Operations, Customer Service, finance, fleet management, and people management. This position has a clearly defined career path to Branch Manager in as little as 12-18 months. This role supports the achievement of location sales goals and customer service excellence.

What You'll Get:

  • Hourly Rate is $21.00 + Commission. 
  • Sign-on Bonus: $2,000 ($1,000 paid at 60 and 90 days of employment)

Qualifications:
