What are Manager Trainees?

Manager Trainees are entry-level professionals who undergo a structured training program to learn the skills and responsibilities required for managerial positions within a company. During the training period, they rotate through various departments, gaining hands-on experience in operations, customer service, and leadership. The goal is to prepare them to take on management roles by providing practical knowledge, mentorship, and exposure to company policies and culture. Upon successful completion of the program, Manager Trainees are often promoted to supervisory or management positions.
