Norsk Titanium is hiring for a Quality Systems Engineer at our Plattsburgh, NY additive manufacturing site!

Working under the guidance of the Quality Assurance Manager, The Quality Systems Engineer governs the Quality Management System, ensuring it remains compliant, effective, and aligned with all applicable industry standards, customer requirements, and internal business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, maintain, and improve the AS9100compliant QMS
  • Control and update quality documentation (procedures, work instructions, forms, and records)
  • Plan and conduct internal, supplier, and external audits
  • Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and root cause investigations
  • Monitor QMS performance metrics and support management reviews
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally and provide quality training and guidance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • AS9100 or ISO9001 Internal Auditor certification (Lead Auditor preferred)
  • Experience conducting audits in a regulated industry
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, crossfunctional manufacturing environment
  • U.S. Person status required due to access to exportcontrolled technical data (ITAR)
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, with reasonable accommodations available
