Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements.
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and educational programs.
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive team culture.
  • Engage with parents and the community to build strong relationships and promote the ministry's mission.
  • Monitor and manage budgetary needs, including tuition rates and funding opportunities.
  • Facilitate professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular assessments of children’s progress and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment for all children.

Requirements:

  • Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
