From advocating for seat belts, air bags and graduated driving laws, to being an industry leader in pricing sophistication, telematics, and, more recently, device and identity protection.

Job Description

  • Lead the transformation of end user computing through modern technologies, automation, analytics, and self-service capabilities that reduce friction, prevent issues proactively, and enable seamless service fulfillment.
  • Lead multiple engineering teams responsible for Windows, macOS, mobile, browser management, ChromeOS thin client, virtual workstations, software packaging and distribution, hardware evaluation and certification, print services, and telemetry and automation platforms.

Device & Platform Engineering

  • Define enterprise hardware standards, device and user personas, lifecycle strategies, refresh programs, and procurement recommendations that align technology capabilities with employee needs.
  • Lead strategic relationships with Microsoft, Apple, Google, Citrix, Canon, Nexthink, and other key technology partners to influence product direction, accelerate innovation, and maximize business value.
  • Oversee lifecycle management of laptops, desktops, thin clients, and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI).
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and deployment of end user hardware and peripherals.
  • Lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of virtual workstation services, ensuring secure, scalable, resilient, and high-performing digital workspaces that enable productivity from any location or device.

Endpoint Management, Telemetry, & Automation

  • Manage endpoint provisioning, configuration, compliance, software distribution and patching through cloud-based modern endpoint management solutions (ex. Intune, JAMF, Google Admin Console, Nexthink, Citrix).
  • Drive continuous improvement through telemetry, AI-assisted analysis and workflows, orchestration, and automation.
  • Partner with Lead DPM to establish and advance the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) strategy through proactive monitoring, telemetry, automation, AI-driven insights, and experience management capabilities.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), key control indicators (KCIs), operational metrics, and experience measures to drive accountability and continuous improvement.

Engineering Excellence & Support Enablement

  • Lead adoption of AI-enabled engineering practices, intelligent automation, digital assistants, and self-healing capabilities that improve operational efficiency and employee productivity.
  • Collaborate with support teams to reduce mean time to resolution, improve user satisfaction, and engineer solutions to top trending issues.
  • Ability to identify opportunities to transform manual processes into automated and AI-enabled workflows, fostering a culture focused on innovation, operational excellence, and continuous service optimization.

Mobile, Print & Peripheral Services

  • Define and execute the enterprise mobility strategy, aligning mobile device management, application management, security controls, and user experience initiatives with business objectives and digital workplace priorities.

Collaboration & Governance

  • Partner with product managers, cybersecurity, compliance, networking, and support services teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and engineering excellence.
