The Opportunity:

You will serve as the organizational backbone of Axis Construction, driving operational health across accounting, HR, IT, and administrative functions. This high-impact role allows you to prevent daily operational chaos, optimize core business workflows, and build scalable systems within a high-performing team. You will directly support executive leaders, ensuring every department has the structure needed to perform at its absolute best.


How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Manage daily administrative and office operations to maintain a seamless, professional environment for guests and staff.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental logistics across accounting, insurance compliance, HR, marketing, and field operations.
  • Oversee company benefit programs, onboarding frameworks, and training initiatives to empower team members.
  • Provide administrative support for budget tracking, job costing, WIP reporting, and CPA audit preparation.
  • Direct facility leases, vendor agreements, and office supply inventories to control operational overhead.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding as the primary liaison between new hires and IT, ensuring laptops, accounts, passwords, and system access are set up before each employeeโ€™s start date.


Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years of administrative or managerial experience in a professional setting.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in general business practices, HR compliance, and commercial insurance policies.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and connected workplace hardware systems.
  • Possess a working knowledge of HR administrative functions, including employee onboarding, recordkeeping, benefits support, and maintaining confidential personnel files.
  • Valid driver's license.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Prior administrative leadership experience within the construction or remodeling industry.
  • Conversational or fluent Spanish language skills.
