Job Details Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all IT operations, including network administration, data analysis, and IT security management.
  • Develop and implement IT strategy in line with the organization's objectives.
  • Manage IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with IT vendors, ensuring quality of service and compliance with contracts.
  • Lead change management initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and maximum benefits realization.
  • Utilize ITIL best practices to manage IT service delivery, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the use of ERP systems, ensuring they are utilized effectively and efficiently.
  • Use SQL, Python, Java, and C++ to develop and implement applications that improve business processes and operations.
  • Manage IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Oversee information systems management, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility.
  • Develop and implement IT service management processes, ensuring high levels of service availability and reliability.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A master's degree will be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in IT budgeting, IT security management, network administration, data analysis, vendor management, IT strategy, and change management.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL, ERP systems, SQL, Python, Java, and C++.
  • Proven experience in project management and information systems management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • ITIL, PMP, or similar certification is preferred.
