About the Role

A leading healthcare facility is seeking a Manager, Finance Technology Support to guide our Finance Technology team, which serves as the foundation for enterprise financial data governance and Oracle Fusion operations.This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing team and directly influence how financial data is structured, governed, and utilized across a complex healthcare organization.

How You Will Contribute

As the Manager of Finance Technology Support, you will:

  • Leadership & Team Development: Lead, coach, and develop the Finance Function Support team. Drive workload prioritization, performance management, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous process improvement.
  • Production & Operational Support: Oversee day-to-day production support for Oracle Fusion Finance applications. Ensure timely resolution of system issues, service requests, and production incidents to maintain system stability.
  • Strategic Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with Finance leadership, Finance Operations, IT, and facility stakeholders to understand business needs, prioritize deliverables, and align technology solutions with organizational goals.
  • Enhancement & Roadmap Management: Manage enhancement requests by balancing day-to-day operational support with strategic initiatives, system optimization efforts, and long-term Finance transformation goals.
  • Vendor & Service Governance: Serve as the primary liaison for Finance application vendors and managed service partners. Oversee vendor performance, manage escalations, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Testing & Deployment Execution: Lead application testing efforts for system upgrades, patches, enhancements, and new functionality. Collaborate with Release Management, Data & Integration teams, and Finance stakeholders for seamless enterprise deployments.
  • Oracle Fusion Optimization: Support and optimize Oracle Fusion Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and related financial systems.
  • System Governance & Security: Maintain application configuration, user security, data integrity, and system performance in collaboration with technical and financial teams.
  • Process Automation & Innovation: Drive continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities, streamlining support workflows, and implementing best practices to enhance user experience.
  • Strategic Initiative Delivery: Lead and support key Finance initiatives, including ERP optimizations, Oracle EPM (FCCS/ARCS) support, AI-enabled Accounts Payable projects, payment modernization, and future enterprise rollouts.
  • Advisory & Knowledge Transfer: Provide consultative guidance to cross-functional leaders, and develop end-user training materials and documentation to boost system adoption and support effectiveness.
  • Compliance & Quality Metrics: Ensure adherence to organizational policies, security standards, healthcare regulations, and internal governance while monitoring support metrics to drive continuous service quality.
What We're Looking For Education
  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in a related field.
Required Experience & Skills
  • 8+ years supporting enterprise Finance applications, ERP systems, Finance technology, or Oracle applications.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams, assigning work, coaching staff, and driving performance.
  • Functional Expertise: Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance or a comparable enterprise ERP platform.
  • Core Business Processes: Demonstrated experience supporting General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and related workflows.
  • Support & Vendor Management: Proven track record in managing production support environments, troubleshooting complex issues, and managing vendor/managed service partner relationships.
  • Project & Stakeholder Leadership: Hands-on experience partnering with business leaders, leading application testing/upgrades, and balancing tactical support with strategic project delivery.
  • Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on Oracle Fusion Finance implementation, support, or optimization experience.
  • Experience with Oracle EPM applications, specifically Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS) and Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
  • Background in the Healthcare industry or shared services environments.
  • Experience leading large-scale ERP transformation, Finance modernization, or AI/automation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with ERP integrations, financial reporting platforms, enterprise data interfaces, and vendor governance frameworks.
