MUST-HAVES

  • BA/BS degree in Management, Information Systems, or Computer Science
  • 5+ year exp in IT managing multiple high priority initiatives
  • 3+ years of project management within large scale enterprise initiatives
  • Knowledge of IT best practices, industry trends

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

  • Establish a culture of excellence, trust, and responsibility within the technology operations team that align with our values.
  • Worry about scaling: think about how the tech ops team supports the rapidly growing workforce.
  • Help generate and maintain the team with tools, best practices, and knowledge.
  • Oversee development of IT support knowledge base, user guides, and FAQs. 
  • Manage development and execution of documented process for communicating outages from the stores & corporate to the company and stores.
  • Develop and discuss IT policies across all technology disciplines: devices, applications, AV, telephone, and beyond in collaboration with technology operations.
  • Collaborate cross-company with leaders to gather high-level input on IT support improvements and systems policy decisions.
  • Monitor ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of issues, identify patterns with repeat problems, and act as escalation point for complex asks.
  • Provide input on an IT support program and plan that outlines long-term goals for the technology operations roadmap. 
  • Drive the team to execute against milestones on their way towards fulfilling these goals and commitments.
  • Support both in store technology, (Pin-Pads, Point of Sale, Internet) as well as corporate technology (Procurement of computers, Email Admin, setting up conference lines)

SALARY RANGE $65,000 - $75,000

PERFORMANCE BONUS $0 - $5,000, Bonus Plan
