Monex is seeking an experienced and strategic Manager, Marketing Operations & Technology to lead the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that power our global marketing organization. This role is responsible for optimizing marketing technology, CRM, automation, analytics, reporting, and AI-enabled capabilities to drive operational excellence, measurable business impact, and scalable growth across our international business.
Working closely with Sales Operations, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, Regional Marketing, and IT, this leader will develop scalable processes, deliver executive-level insights, and enable data-driven decision-making that supports pipeline growth, client engagement, and revenue generation.
Responsibilities
Marketing Technology & Operations
  • Own and optimize Monex's global marketing technology ecosystem, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms, AI tools, website technologies, and system integrations
  • Build scalable campaign execution processes, workflow automation, and lead management programs
  • Oversee API, webhook, and iPaaS integrations to ensure seamless communication across marketing and sales systems
  • Standardize marketing operations, governance, and technology infrastructure across all global regions while supporting local business requirements
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize new marketing technologies, including AI-powered workflow automation and predictive analytics
  • Monitor marketing technology performance, platform utilization, and system reliability
Data, Analytics & Reporting
  • Develop executive dashboards that measure marketing performance, pipeline contribution, revenue impact, and return on investment
  • Build attribution models and KPI frameworks that connect marketing investments to business outcomes
  • Translate complex marketing and sales data into actionable commercial insights for executive leadership
  • Drive continuous improvement through analytics, automation, forecasting, and predictive modeling
CRM & Marketing Intelligence
  • Maintain CRM data quality, governance, and compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable data privacy regulations
  • Partner with Sales Operations to optimize lead scoring, routing, lifecycle management, and attribution
  • Ensure reliable data synchronization across CRM, marketing automation platforms, website, and reporting tools
  • Support segmentation strategies and audience management to improve campaign effectiveness
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Marketing Operations & Technology team
  • Partner closely with Sales Operations, IT, Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Regional Marketing to improve campaign execution and reporting
  • Manage relationships with marketing technology vendors and oversee platform roadmaps, enhancements, and performance
  • Champion operational excellence and continuous process improvement across the global marketing organization
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, Revenue Operations, CRM Operations, or Marketing Analytics, including team leadership
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Experience within banking, financial services, fintech, SaaS, payments, or another B2B industry preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), Marketo, or similar
  • Experience developing dashboards, attribution reporting, CRM governance, segmentation strategies, and workflow automation
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and iPaaS platforms for marketing technology integrations
  • Working knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, consent management, and data governance best practices
  • Experience leveraging AI tools for content generation, workflow automation, predictive analytics, and marketing optimization
  • Strong understanding of website technologies, SEO fundamentals, digital marketing platforms, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Excellent analytical, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Global marketing operations experience across multiple countries or regions
  • SQL proficiency and experience with business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or Salesforce reporting
  • Experience building executive reporting and revenue attribution models
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing alignment within a revenue operations environment
  • Experience implementing and managing enterprise marketing technology platforms
Travel Requirements
  • Occasional domestic and international travel may be required
Compensation
  • The annual salary range is about $140,000 to $170,000 annually based on experience, plus a 10% annual bonus.
