Maintenance & Operations Manager
Direct Hire
Location: Brookhaven, MS
Compensation: $115,000 โ€“ $140,000 (Relocation Package Available)

We are seeking a Maintenance & Operations Manager to join our client's leadership team in Brookhaven, Mississippi. .

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee maintenance and production operations, ensuring equipment reliability, uptime, and safe, efficient manufacturing output.
  • Manage and develop a team of frontline supervisors and technicians, building a strong performance- and accountability-driven culture.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across maintenance, production efficiency, safety, and cost control.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to support plant performance, strategic initiatives, and succession planning.
  • Support the implementation of new processes, systems, and production capabilities, including the introduction of new products.
  • Maintain responsibility for operational KPIs, quality standards, and cost controls.
  • Serve as a key operational leader and representative for the facility within the local Mississippi market
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 8โ€“15+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with direct exposure to both maintenance and production leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, improve plant performance, and drive operational excellence.
  • Strong understanding of equipment maintenance strategies, production workflows, and manufacturing KPIs.
  • Experience working closely with senior leadership and readiness to step into expanded plant-level responsibility.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
