Oversee day-to-day technology operations across corporate systems, infrastructure, service desk, and property technology environments
Ensure reliability, performance, and responsiveness of all core technology services
Conduct an initial assessment of the current technology environment, including systems, vendor landscape, cost structure, and key risks, and develop a prioritized stabilization and optimization plan
Establish and enforce SLAs and operational KPIs across internal teams and vendors
Drive resolution of critical incidents and ensure disciplined problem management practices
Translate business priorities into executable technology initiatives with clear timelines and outcomes
Partner with business leaders to identify, prioritize, and execute AI-driven use cases across functions, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and measurable outcomes
Oversee delivery of ongoing projects, ensuring alignment to scope, budget, and expected value
Conduct a comprehensive review of current technology spend, vendor landscape, and contracts
Evaluate opportunities to leverage external partners for property-level technology deployments, ensuring appropriate oversight, cost efficiency, and alignment with business needs
Identify and execute opportunities for cost reduction, consolidation, and efficiency gains
Partner with enterprise security leadership to ensure alignment with cybersecurity standards and practices
Lead and develop a lean, high-performing technology team focused on delivery and service excellence
Partner with enterprise technology leadership to align local operations with established standards, tools, and governance practices.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience
  • Strong track record in IT operations, delivery, and execution
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems and platforms common in real estate or asset management environments (e.g., Yardi, Entrata, Microsoft ecosystem, cloud-based collaboration and data platforms)
  • Experience optimizing technology cost structures and managing vendor ecosystems
  • Practical experience in enterprise systems, infrastructure, and service delivery
  • Ability to operate in evolving environments and bring structure to ambiguity
  • Strong communicator with the ability to align business and technology stakeholders.
