Our client is seeking a Manager of IT Operations & Infrastructure to lead enterprise technology operations, infrastructure, end-user support, and internal systems. This leader will drive operational excellence while building a scalable and resilient IT organization.

You are a hands-on IT leader who thrives in fast-paced environments. You combine strategic thinking with technical expertise and enjoy building high-performing teams, improving processes, and delivering exceptional technology experiences for employees.

In this role, you will oversee day-to-day IT operations while driving long-term infrastructure strategy and operational maturity.

  • Lead IT strategy, infrastructure operations, endpoint management, collaboration platforms, and enterprise applications
  • Manage and mentor the IT team while fostering accountability and continuous improvement
  • Oversee help desk operations and end-user support to deliver an outstanding employee experience
  • Drive automation, scalability, and operational maturity across technology systems and processes
  • Manage vendor relationships, software licensing, hardware procurement, and IT budgets
  • Develop and maintain business continuity, disaster recovery, and operational resilience programs
  • Partner with security and engineering teams to support secure and reliable technology operations
  • Establish KPIs, reporting, and operational metrics for the IT organization
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on technology strategy and operational initiatives

This role includes leadership responsibilities across the IT organization and requires the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced SaaS environment. This position is hybrid and based in the Philadelphia suburbs.

  • 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience
  • 5+ years in a director-level or senior leadership role
  • Experience leading IT operations within a high-growth SaaS or cloud-native organization
  • Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, networking, endpoint management, identity management, and enterprise applications
  • Proven experience building and leading high-performing technical teams
  • Experience managing vendors, budgets, licensing, and technology procurement
  • Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Okta, Jamf, Intune, AWS, Azure, or similar platforms preferred
  • Experience supporting remote or hybrid work environments preferred
  • Experience helping organizations scale or supporting M&A integration is a plus
