Job Summary:
Vise is an artificial intelligence powered asset management platform designed specifically for financial advisors. They are seeking a Technology Operations Lead to provide technical support, manage cybersecurity efforts, and coordinate technology projects while embracing AI and emerging technologies.
Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
• Maintain and troubleshoot workstations, peripherals, and office technology systems
• Manage user accounts, access controls, and software licensing
• Assist in monitoring systems for potential security threats or vulnerabilities
• Support compliance efforts and help enforce security policies and best practices
• Participate in security awareness initiatives across the organization
• Support office builds, moves, or expansions from a technology perspective
• Manage hardware inventory and asset lifecycle
• Maintain hardware infrastructure in meeting rooms and office
• Stay current on AI tools, automation platforms, and emerging tech trends
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI-powered solutions into daily workflows
• Assist in evaluating, piloting, and rolling out new technology tools across the organization
