AM Shift leadersat Kura Sushi take pride inensuring our Guests are provided with the freshest, tastiest food and apositive dining experience at all times.AM Shift Leaders:

• Ensure all production stations are onschedule to guarantee the store opens on time.
  
• Oversee inventory management and placefood orders for the store as needed.
  
• Inspect incoming deliveries to verifycorrect quantities and quality of items.
  
• Confirm staff schedules with morning teamto ensure proper coverage.
  
• Manage food preparation, includingcutting, packaging, and arranging plates on the conveyor belt.
  
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaningduties as assigned to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  
• Provide coverage for absent staffwhen necessary to ensure smooth operations. Adheres to company policies andprocedures
  
• ExceptionalTeam Players: Demonstrates a strong willingness to collaboratewith colleagues, going above and beyond to support team success and contributeto a positive work environment.
  
• Flexible& Reliable: Available to work weekends, holidays, and othershifts as needed, with a flexible attitude to meet the needs of the business.
