About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Site Supervisor to join our Site Operations team in Toronto. This role is designed for someone looking to grow into a full Site Supervisor position while supporting active commercial interior construction projects across downtown Toronto and the GTA.
The Site Supervisor will work closely with our Site Supervisors, Project Managers, trades, and building operations teams to help keep job sites organized, safe, clean, and moving forward. This role will support project throughput, improve day-to-day site coordination, and help ensure Clearspace continues delivering high-quality spaces for our clients.
This is a 6-month contract position with the potential to become permanent. The role reports to the **Director of Site Operations.
 

About the Deliverables
  • Support daily on-site operations to help ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to Clearspace standards.
  • Assist Site Supervisors and Project Managers with coordinating trades, site access, deliveries, deficiencies, inspections, and day-to-day site priorities.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including proper site postings, protection, housekeeping, and safety compliance.
  • Help track site progress, identify issues early, and escalate concerns to the Site Supervisor, Project Manager, or Director of Site Operations when required.
  • Support communication with trades, subcontractors, building operations, and internal project teams.
  • Assist with site inspections, deficiency reviews, quality control checks, and follow-up items.
  • Work with Site Supervisors and Project Managers to prepare for city inspections, building inspections, and project milestone reviews.
  • Use Procore and other construction management tools to complete daily logs, upload photos, track observations, and document site progress.
  • Help ensure trades are completing work according to drawings, specifications, schedules, and Clearspace expectations.
  • Support site readiness for key project milestones, including construction start, rough-in reviews, inspections, furniture delivery, construction completion, and substantial performance.
  • Learn Clearspace site standards, processes, and best practices with the goal of growing into a full Site Supervisor role.
About You
  • 2–10 years of experience in construction, project coordination, site coordination, trades, or a related field.
  • Experience in commercial interiors, office build-outs, construction coordination, or hands-on trade work is considered an asset.
  • Basic understanding of construction drawings, trade scopes, site sequencing, and building systems.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with trades, building operations, clients, and internal teams.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to follow up on tasks until they are complete.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced site environment where priorities can change quickly.
  • Willing to ask questions, learn from experienced Site Supervisors, and take feedback well.
  • Proactive mindset — someone who looks for ways to help, solve problems, and keep the site moving.
  • Experience with Procore or other construction management software is an asset.
  • Owns a vehicle or has the ability to travel to sites across Toronto and the GTA. Travel expenses are reimbursable where applicable.
