  • Warehouse Supervisor: $65K - $70K (DOE, 5+ years experience)

We are seeking experienced Warehouse Operations Manager and Supervisor candidates to oversee daily warehouse operations and drive efficiency, productivity, and team performance in a fast-paced environment.

            Job Description

            ย Key Responsibilities

            • Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping)
            • Manage and develop warehouse staff (hiring, training, performance management)
            • Ensure inventory accuracy, documentation, and compliance with company policies
            • Monitor warehouse budget, labor costs, and operational KPIs
            • Implement process improvements and technology solutions (WMS, automation, Lean)
            • Maintain safety, quality, and efficiency standards
            • Collaborate with logistics, purchasing, and production teams
            • Provide reports and operational insights to management
                Qualifications
                • Manager: 10+ years of overall warehouse/logistics experience
                • Supervisor: 5+ years of warehouse supervising experience
                • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
                • Bilingual (Korean & English) required
                • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
                • Experience with WMS, ERP, and MS Office
                • Proven track record in process improvement, cost reduction, and team development
