Ashlar Homes is seeking a Project Manager/ Superintendent to join our team! This person will oversee project planning, be responsible for delivering homes on schedule and on budget, and make sure quality and customer satisfaction are always met.


Ashlar Homes is a growing residential home builder/developer in the Kansas City area. We are a comprehensive home building company dedicated to creating a smooth and enjoyable home building experience. Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple jobsites.
  • Schedule, supervise, and manage various trades.
  • Maintain daily reports and project schedules
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
  • Hold meetings with customers (Pre-Construction, Walkthroughs)
  • Resolve emergency calls from homeowners
  • Work with project inspectors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
  • Maintain a safe and clean jobsite, adhering to OSHA standards


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in the construction area
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Basic computer and handheld electronics knowledge.
