Maintenance Tech / Industrial Mechanic / Top-Mechanic / Millwright

Locations: southwestern NE (7 openings) | northeastern CO (4 openings) | south-central MT (4 openings) Wage: $24.65 – $36.99 per hour, depending on location, experience & skill level

Position Overview

As a Maintenance Tech, you'll be part of a skilled team dedicated to troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing mechanical equipment across the facility.

What You'll Do

  • Lead with safety-first behaviors and practices
  • Maintain process and packaging equipment including pumps, conveyors, fans, bearings, chains, and sprockets
  • Perform welding, cutting, equipment setup, and dismantling
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools for maintenance tasks
  • Work on a rotating or fixed shift schedule with commitment to regular attendance

Skills & Experience We're Looking For

  • Two-year technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
  • Mechanical maintenance experience with process/packaging equipment
  • Basic knowledge of vibration equipment, laser alignment, and oil analysis
  • Strong troubleshooting, time management, and communication skills
  • Computer proficiency
  • Knowledge of sugar factory processes a plus (but not required)
