Are you an Automotive Technician, Automotive Mechanic, Import Technician, Service Technician, or Diagnostic Technician looking for a career with consistent work, competitive pay, and growth opportunities? We are seeking a skilled technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair Honda, Toyota, Subaru, Hyundai, Kia, Nissan, Mazda, Volkswagen, and other import vehicles.

Earn $20.00 - $25.00 Flat Rate per Flag Hour

  • Full-Time
  • Monday–Friday
  • Rotating Saturdays

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose and repair import vehicles, including Honda, Toyota, Subaru, Hyundai, Kia, Nissan, Mazda, Volkswagen, and other import brands.
  • Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and electrical system repairs.
  • Complete brake, suspension, steering, engine, transmission, HVAC, and drivability repairs.
  • Perform manufacturer-recommended maintenance services and inspections.
  • Document repair recommendations and vehicle conditions accurately.
  • Utilize diagnostic scanners, repair information systems, and modern shop technology.
  • Maintain productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Service Advisors and fellow Technicians to deliver outstanding customer service.
Requirements:

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of automotive repair experience.
  • Previous experience as an Automotive Technician, Service Technician, Diagnostic Technician, or Master Technician.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Experience with import vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, engine performance, drivability, and advanced diagnostics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Honda, Toyota, Subaru, Hyundai, Kia, Nissan, Mazda, Volkswagen, Acura, Lexus, or other import dealership experience.
  • ASE Certifications (A-Series or Master Technician preferred).
  • State Inspection License (where applicable).
  • Manufacturer certifications and factory training.
  • Experience with vehicle diagnostics, check engine lights, electrical troubleshooting, ADAS systems, and hybrid technology.
  • CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or dealership management system experience.
