Job description

Position Summary

Odyssey is seeking an experienced, detailoriented Senior Organizational Operations Specialist to support an Air Force acquisition mission on the EB contract at Eglin AFB, Florida. This role provides highlevel administrative and operational coordination to division leadership.

Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to: 

Research and prepare written communications for leadership. Track taskers, issues, suspenses, and program initiatives. Support program events and draft documents for senior approval. Manage EPBs/OPBs in accordance with AF policy. Coordinate meetings, prepare background materials, and maintain documentation. Maintain video/online conference scheduling and setup. Maintain rosters, org charts, directories, and personnel documents. Assist with inspections, awards processing, and policy dissemination. Provide workflow, process improvement, and manpower support. Perform timekeeper duties (e.g., ATAAPS).

Additional Responsibilities include: DTS Support: Navigate DTS to update travel orders, itineraries, and arrangements on behalf of leadership. Additional Duty Management: Maintain and update the additional duty roster; prepare, coordinate, and track appointment/delegation letters. Awards Program Management: Review and refine award writeups; schedule board reviews; ensure timely submissions. OPB Management: Review and refine OPB writeups; manage OPB review scheduling and suspensedriven submissions.

Qualifications

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

Minimum Required Qualifications

Clearance: Must have a current Top Secret clearance

Education: Associates and 10 years relevant experience; OR Bachelors and 7 years relevant experience; OR Masters and 5 years relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

Education: Bachelors

Years of experience: 10 Years

Interpersonal Skills

Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment. Experience supporting senior leadership in Government or military settings.

Travel: As required by program needs
