You'll play a key role on our Strategy & Operations team, supporting cross-functional initiatives, ambiguous projects, and ambitious goals. As an Associate Strategy & Operations Analyst, your days will be dynamic and filled with opportunities to contribute to our mission. Here's a glimpse into what your typical day might look like:
  • Coordinate and support high-priority projects, ensuring timely delivery and adapting to the dynamic needs of multiple portfolio companies
  • Analyze datasets to guide business case creation and deliver recommendations to stakeholders
  • Evaluate workflow inefficiencies and help create operational frameworks to optimize internal procedures.
  • Monitor and communicate essential project milestones while ensuring adherence to risk mitigation policies.
  • Support initiative workshops by helping build slide decks, and reliably distributing agendas and post-meeting summaries.
  • Assist in building internal knowledge, AI-powered tools, and automation workflows that enhance the company's capabilities.
  • Continuously seek ways to leverage AI and automation to innovate processes, implement best practices, and drive efficiency gains.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the portfolio to ensure project alignment with business objectives and strategy.

Qualifications
We're looking for someone who:
  • Graduates in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027 with Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Has hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to accelerate real work and has a demonstrated habit of reaching for AI first and staying current as the space evolves.
