Job Description Shop Foreman Grand Island, NE Pay: $23-$33+ per hour, based on experience Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM No Weekends | Direct Hire | Full Benefits What's in It for You. Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) match up to 6% $200 annual boot allowance Overtime available but not mandatory Time-and-a-half over 40 hours Stable Monday-Friday schedule Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Shop Foreman with a strong diesel, heavy equipment, heavy truck, automotive, or similar mechanical background. This role is approximately 75% administrative/customer-focused and 25% shop-floor support.

Responsibilities Open, manage, and close service work orders Communicate with customers regarding repairs and equipment issues Coordinate technician workloads and repair schedules Assist with mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostics Complete invoices, warranty documentation, and service reports Support technician training, safety, and quality standards Oversee and support technicians Occasionally deliver parts to field technicians Qualifications 3+ years of mechanical, diesel, automotive, or heavy equipment experience preferred Strong understanding of engines, transmissions, axles, and related components Strong customer service and communication skills Basic computer and email skills Leadership or Lead Technician experience is a plus High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license and acceptable MVR #LP
