As we continue to expand across North America, we are looking for a passionate and driven Store Operations & Training Specialist to strengthen store operations, develop effective training programs, support new store openings, and ensure consistent execution of brand standards across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support assigned stores in achieving sales, cost, service, and operational targets.
  • Conduct regular store visits and inspections — both scheduled and unannounced — to check operational standards, product quality, food safety, sanitation, cash handling, and inventory management.
  • Document findings, issue audit reports, and outline corrective action requirements; follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Analyze store performance and audit data to identify recurring or high-risk issues and recommend operational improvements.
  • Coach and support store managers to strengthen store management and team execution.
  • Lead training for new employees, store managers, and store management staff, covering product preparation, service procedures, food safety, and store operations.
  • Develop and update bilingual (English/Chinese) training materials, SOPs, and assessment content.
  • Organize theoretical and hands-on assessments to ensure staff meet job-readiness standards, and design targeted training based on store issues and audit results.
  • Support the rollout of new products, promotions, and company operational policies at the store level.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in operations, training, quality assurance, or store supervision, preferably in food & beverage, retail, or hospitality.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify issues and drive follow-through.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and influence store teams.
  • Comfortable traveling regularly between store locations.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese, with the ability to communicate, train, hold meetings, and prepare written reports in both languages.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available.)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $54,000/year, commensurate with experience.
  • Performance-based bonus (up to $24,000/year) calculated and paid out monthly based on KPI achievement.
