Overview: Reporting to the Sr. Operations Manager, the Store Operations Specialist is a driven individual who can help streamline daily store operations by improving efficiency, productivity, and profitability by implementing effective strategies and processes. The Store Operations Specialist should be comfortable communicating with people throughout the organization, able to solve problems and improvise as needed, and adept at estimating and managing time for a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate is a natural coordinator who has a strong sense of big-picture objectives and a sharp eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor day-to-day operations, report on performance, and recommend actionable improvements when necessary
  • Implement department-wide quality control measures
  • Recommend new procedures for increasing the efficiency of day-to-day operations
  • Maintain communication with the Store Operations team, Field leadership and store teams to ensure adherence to protocols across key touchpoints
  • Assist the Store Operations manager in developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities
  • Supporting inventory management practices and improving them when necessary
  • Create procedures and protocols to improve store operations
  • Coordinate training sessions, Monthly conference calls and Meetings
  • Partners with District Managers to support Onboarding and training of Store Managers to ensure they adhere to standard operating procedures
  • Ongoing communication with store team members and Store Operations Team
  • Other projects/duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Two or more years of experience in store operations or a similar role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and other productivity applications and platforms
  • Proven organizational skills, including time management
  • Project management experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-sufficiency and an ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of store operations and customer service standards
