About the Role:
The Store Manager oversees all aspects of store performance, including people leadership, operations, guest experience, and financial results. This role requires a hands-on leader who is comfortable making decisions, coaching in real time, and holding themselves and others accountable.
Success in this role means consistently delivering excellent customer experiences, maintaining operational standards, developing high-performing teams, and partnering closely with District Managers to achieve business goals.

Salary Range: $25.50-$26.00 hourly (Non-Exempt)

What You'll Do
  • Create an enjoyable and welcoming experience for every customer that walks through our door through their management of store's operations, staffing, customer satisfaction, product quality, financial performance and team development and increase profitability through staffing, operations, etc.
  • Regularly review the store environment and key business indicators to identify obstacles, concerns, and opportunities for improvements; action plans are created to drive success for these challenges
  • Nurture and coach team members for personal and professional growth as individuals, and in a team environment (setting and monitoring team members' personal goals, holding team members accountable, maintain a "customer comes first" attitude)
  • Provide team members with training and guidance to maintain the standards of 7 Leaves Cafe
  • Drive sales, increase efficiency, and provide problem solving skills to maintain store operations operations (customer satisfaction, product quality, safety, security, compliance, etc.)
  • Inspire and encourage a team of dedicated and goal driven individuals to create a positive impact in their community
  • Collaborates with District Managers to make the most effective decisions and achieve results that grow our business and customer base
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You Bring
  • Have at least 1 year of customer service or retail management experience
  • Must be able to work at any location in assigned district or county
