POSITION TITLE: Coordinator- Store Operations (Operational Workload)
REPORTS TO: Sr. Manager- Store Operations
STATUS: Full Time Non-Exempt
SUPERVISES: N/A
POSITION SUMMARY: The Coordinator, Operational Workload plays a key role in driving operational excellence by coordinating workload planning, execution, and field communications that support consistent store execution. This role manages workload calendars, develops planning tools, and partners with cross-functional teams-including Store Operations, Field Visual, Marketing, Merchandising, and other business partners-to ensure operational initiatives are clear, actionable, and aligned with business priorities. This position requires exceptional organizational, attention to detail, project management, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Through continuous process improvement and operational support, the Coordinator helps optimize field execution while enhancing the overall associate experience. As the Coordinator, Operational Workload, you will embody our values by creating a positive and productive workplace culture, acting as a role model for all associates.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage the execution of workload planning initiatives, including the development and distribution of surveys, assessments, testing, and multi-phase rollout communications.
  • Own and maintain workload planning calendars for Field Leaders and Store Teams, ensuring key business initiatives and timelines are accurately reflected and communicated.
  • Coordinate the development and distribution of quarterly workload guides, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, alignment, and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Store Operations, Field Visual, Marketing, Merchandising, and Field Leadership, to gather information and ensure workload initiatives are clear, actionable, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Coordinate product and promotional testing activities by tracking timelines, collecting field feedback, and supporting the successful execution of pilot and test initiatives.
  • Monitor workload planning processes and identify opportunities to improve communication, organization, and operational efficiency, escalating recommendations as appropriate.
  • Track workload metrics and summarize field feedback to identify trends and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Maintain workload planning tools, documentation, and resources to ensure field teams have access to accurate, up-to-date information.
  • Provide rotational weekend on-call communication support.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Retail Management, or a related field required. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail, corporate retail operations, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and other business technology platforms.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Occasional travel required.

  • Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time.

  • Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
