What You’ll Do

  • Maintain accurate inventory through weekly counts and reconciliations
  • Track and resolve open repair issues
  • Organize and maintain back room with proper tagging
  • Refurbish returned merchandise to company standards
  • Ensure pricing and signage accuracy
  • Coordinate inventory transfers
  • Monitor product ordering and follow up
  • Support store organization and operational efficiency
  • Support the Store Manager in driving overall store performance
  • Coach and hold team members accountable to expectations
  • Review reports and act on opportunities to improve results
  • Coordinate field visits and delivery schedules
  • Maintain store standards (inventory, merchandising, cleanliness)
  • Step in to lead the store when needed
  • Supervise and support a small team (1-3 employees)




Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable using computers and systems
  • Reliable with strong follow-through
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (assistance for heavier items)
  • Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record

Schedule

Full-time (40 hours/week), 5-day workweek

Monday–Friday: 10am–7pm, Saturday: 10am–6pm (required), Sunday: Closed

Schedules may vary based on business needs
