We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager/ Sr. Manager, who wants to do high quality work in a comfortable less stressful environment and wants to continually expand their craft skills.

Expectations:

  • Prepare and review tax returns; including business, individual and trust/estate returns
  • Deliver professional services to clients, including consulting, tax planning and compliance
  • Research and consult on complex tax issues
  • Manage multiple client engagements
  • Coach and mentor staff
  • Contribute to the continued development and improvement of tax processes and procedures

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • CPA certification
  • 7 - 10 years accounting firm tax experience
  • Strong client relationship builder
  • Experience with individual & business returns with a strong understanding of accounting & trial balance entries.
  • Possess analytical, critical thinking, time management and decision-making skills
  • Enjoys collaborating with team members
  • Experienced with Ultra Tax & Lacerte a plus
  • Solid time management skills
  • Compilation and review experience a plus
