Job Summary: The Creative Project Manager serves as the operational hub of the Branding Iron creative team, ensuring the successful planning, prioritization, and execution of creative projects that support the Denver Broncos and Empower Field at Mile High. This role oversees project intake, scheduling, workflow management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication across multiple departments to deliver high-quality work on time and within scope.
The Creative Project Manager partners closely with creative, marketing, partnerships, ticketing, and business stakeholders to guide projects from concept through completion while maintaining exceptional client service and organizational alignment. The role is responsible for leading project traffic meetings, managing creative workflows and reporting, identifying process improvements, forecasting recurring work, and maintaining strong relationships with external vendors and partners.
Success in this role requires a unique blend of operational excellence, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively with diverse stakeholders, cultivates cross-departmental relationships and is passionate about building impactful brand experiences that drive fan engagement, business objectives and organizational growth.
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Englewood, Colorado.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversight and management of the project intake process
  • Assign and guide the flow of project requests to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule
  • Follow-up on active project schedules and engage in the proofing process to cross-reference project details as needed
  • Responsible for keeping request forms up-to-date and accurate
  • Liaison with Wrike to build, update, and improve reporting functionality
  • Organize and lead effective standups with creative team to ensure ongoing efficiency and proper alignment of project and resource goals

Management and collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Initiates and facilitates communication between all stakeholders and creative team members assigned to each project
  • Pursue feedback and maintain records of completed work
  • Attend regularly scheduled internal team meetings to engage with all departments across the organization
  • Foster cross-departmental relationships throughout the organization with regular check-ins, frequent communication, project forecasting and year-end recaps

Collaboration with external vendors
  • Assist with file delivery and production schedules

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, communications, design or equivalent experience
  • At least three years of experience managing project timelines within a creative or marketing environment
  • At least three years of experience working within a project management system

Preferred Skills:
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with Wrike
  • Knowledge of the creative process and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite programs
  • Experience working with external print and promotional vendors
  • Understanding of creative mediums (social graphics, print, video, large format, etc.)

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary for this role is $82,000 - $94,000.
