This will be an ONSITE role based out of our offices in Miami, FL. This is not a remote or hybrid position.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Experiential Graphic Designer is responsible for bringing immersive brand experiences to life through compelling visual storytelling and best-in-class 3D visualization. This role transforms creative concepts into presentation-ready renderings that communicate the vision, scale, atmosphere, and consumer journey of experiential activations before they are built.


Working closely with Creative, Strategy, Account, Production, and Event teams, the Experiential Graphic Designer develops high-quality renderings that support new business pitches, client presentations, and experiential marketing campaigns.


The ideal candidate combines exceptional design instincts with advanced visualization skills, a strong understanding of environmental design, and the ability to balance creativity with real-world execution.

ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Experiential Design & Visualization

  • Develop high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations for experiential activations, live events, retail environments, pop-ups, branded installations, and environmental graphics.
  • Translate creative concepts into immersive visual storytelling that clearly communicates design intent, consumer engagement, spatial relationships, and overall experience.
  • Produce presentation-quality hero renderings, environmental perspectives, fly-through visuals, and detailed experiential moments that elevate creative storytelling.
  • Develop layouts, environmental graphics, signage, wayfinding, lighting concepts, and branded touchpoints within experiential environments.

Creative Development

  • Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Strategists, Account teams, and Producers throughout concept development and creative ideation.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas that strengthen experiential campaigns.
  • Bring fresh thinking inspired by trends in architecture, retail, hospitality, entertainment, technology, and immersive experiences.
Client Presentation Support
  • Create compelling visuals for:
    • New Business pitches
    • Client presentations
    • Concept decks
    • Design proposals
    • Creative sell-in materials
  • Develop presentation assets that simplify complex experiential concepts and inspire client confidence.
  • Continuously refine visual storytelling to improve presentation effectiveness.
Environmental Design
  • Apply principles of environmental graphics, branded environments, spatial planning, and experiential marketing throughout the design process.
  • Consider materials, finishes, lighting, scale, consumer flow, accessibility, and fabrication realities while developing concepts.
  • Balance creative ambition with practical execution to ensure ideas remain feasible and buildable.


Innovation & Creative Excellence
  • Stay current on trends in experiential marketing, environmental design, architecture, retail design, technology, and consumer experiences.
  • Explore emerging visualization technologies, AI-assisted rendering workflows, and real-time visualization tools.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve rendering quality, workflow efficiency, and presentation impact.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Environmental Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience in experiential marketing, environmental design, retail design, exhibition design, architecture, or creative agency environments.
  • Agency experience preferred.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experiential marketing, branded environments, retail activations, events, or environmental graphics.
  • Demonstrated ability to create presentation-ready visualization that communicates strategic creative concepts.
