Exp Required :- 10-15 + years

Candidates Required :- X T-Mobile or any telecom Industry

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with 10-15+ years of experience in solution design, who will play a critical role in defining and managing both high-level and low-level solution designs for our product offerings. The ideal candidate has a strong background in product management and technical solution design, with an ability to translate business requirements into innovative solutions that drive value.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end solution design process, from concept to execution, for new product features and enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX/UI, sales, and customer support, to define and refine product requirements.
  • Develop high-level solution architecture and low-level technical designs that align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings while ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and product opportunities.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of product roadmaps, ensuring timely and successful product launches.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on solution architecture and design to technical teams.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by clearly communicating project timelines, potential challenges, and resource needs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10-15+ years of product management experience with a focus on solution design.
  • Technical Skills: Proven experience in solution architecture, both high-level and low-level design. Background in software engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead complex projects to successful completion.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Masterโ€™s degree or MBA is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a cross-functional Agile team.
  • Experience with cloud-based solution design and knowledge of emerging technologies.
  • Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Aha!, or similar platforms.
