Job description

At Green Home, we're at the forefront of the renewable energy revolution. We're on the lookout for passionate and results-oriented individuals to join our team as a Solar Appointment Setter.

With us, you'll play a pivotal role in helping homeowners embrace clean, sustainable solar power — and unlock unlimited earning potential through a lucrative pay-per-set structure. We take care of the leads, so you can focus on what you do best: starting conversations, sparking interest, and booking qualified appointments that power the green energy movement.

Do you have a passion for renewable energy and the ability to talk to people about technical subjects in a way that's easy to understand? As a Solar Appointment Setter, you'll be the first point of contact in guiding potential customers toward a seamless transition to solar energy.

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to company-provided leads via phone, text, and door-to-door canvassing to introduce homeowners to the benefits of solar energy.
  • Qualify potential customers by asking the right questions about their home, energy usage, roof condition, and utility costs.
  • Schedule in-home or virtual consultations for our solar sales consultants, and confirm appointments to maximize show rates.
  • Educate homeowners at a high level on the advantages of solar — savings, incentives, and sustainability — and hand off warm, well-prepared prospects to the closing team.
  • Follow up with interested prospects and re-engage leads that weren't ready to book on the first touch.
  • Log all activity, notes, and appointments accurately in cutting-edge tools like Salesforce and SalesRabbit to keep the pipeline clean and organized.
  • Stay current on industry trends, products, and incentives so you can speak confidently and answer basic questions.
  • Consistently hit or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets and performance benchmarks.

Qualifications:

  • A proven track record in appointment setting, telemarketing, canvassing, or a related customer-facing role — solar experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections with confidence.
  • Intrinsically motivated and thrives in a performance-based role where your drive and determination directly dictate your earnings.
  • Reliable, organized, and comfortable working with CRM and scheduling software.

Compensation:

This position is a gateway to high-income potential with boundless earning possibilities. Setters earn $50–$100 per qualified set, with no cap on how many appointments you can book. Your dedication and hustle determine your income — the more you set, the more you make.

Green Home offers more than just a job; we provide a platform for you to join the renewable energy revolution while reaping the financial rewards of your performance. If you're ready to make a significant impact on the environment and your own future, apply now to become a key member of the Green Home team. Green Home is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50–$100 per set

Benefits:

  • Paid Training
  • Health Insurance Reimbursement
  • Employee Discount
