Our Solar business delivers industry leading, U.S.-made solar components. We manufacture hyper-pure polysilicon, high-quality solar wafers, and innovative photovoltaic modules, leveraging our leadership in advanced manufacturing to serve growing energy demand. You will be a part of advancing critical U.S. supply chains and delivering unmatched quality and reliability to customers. 

Scope of Position:

The Integrated Planning Leader leads planning across the Solar MAP, including polysilicon, wafer, and module businesses within a 0-24 month horizon. This role integrates demand, supply, capacity, inventory, and financial priorities into one aligned plan to support informed decisions and drive operational performance.

This leader partners with Commercial, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and enterprise Planning Centers of Excellence to deliver transparent, executable plans that improve service, cost, inventory, and cash performance. The role requires strong business acumen, cross-functional influence, and the ability to lead through complexity in a matrixed, multi-business environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Integrated Planning Leadership

  • Lead integrated planning across the Solar MAP, ensuring a single aligned plan across polysilicon, wafer, and module businesses over the 0-24 month horizon.
  • Align demand, supply, capacity, inventory, and financial priorities into executable plans that support service, cost, cash, and capacity objectives.
  • Lead MAP-level planning and supply review processes as part of the broader SIOP framework.
  • Drive planning process discipline, standardization, and continuous improvement across the Solar MAP.

Cross-Functional Business Integration

  • Serve as the primary planning integrator across Commercial, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and plant planning organizations.
  • Facilitate alignment across businesses, functions, and manufacturing stages to ensure a synchronized and optimized plan.
  • Identify, escalate, and manage key risks, constraints, and tradeoffs impacting supply chain performance.
  • Lead scenario planning and business analysis to support timely decision-making and performance improvement.

Planning Excellence & Capability Development

  • Provide functional leadership for the integrated planning organization across the Solar MAP.
  • Partner with the Integrated Planning Center of Excellence to strengthen planning processes, tools, systems, and data governance.
  • Build organizational capability through coaching, development, and implementation of planning best practices.
  • Advance planning maturity through governance, standardization, and adoption of enabling technologies.

 

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field. 
  • 12+ years of supply chain experience, including significant leadership experience in integrated planning, supply planning, SIOP, or end-to-end supply chain roles.
  • Deep expertise in integrated planning, including demand, supply, capacity, inventory, and business planning integration.
  • Proven success operating in complex, multi-business, multi-site, or vertically integrated manufacturing environments.
  • Experience coordinating planning across multiple manufacturing stages with significant interdependencies and shared constraints.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead across functions and influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to connect planning decisions to customer, operational, and financial outcomes.
  • Experience building organizational capability and improving planning processes, governance, and maturity.
  • Proficiency in ERP and advanced planning systems, including SAP, Kinaxis, SAP IBP, or equivalent platforms.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in solar, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, or other highly integrated industrial supply chains.
  • Experience leading planning standardization and performance improvement across multiple businesses or organizations.
  • Experience supporting operational transformation through enhanced planning capabilities, systems enablement, and operating discipline.

The range for this position is  $154,680.00 - $212,685.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
