Location: Louisville, CO Salary: $150,000.00 USD Annually - $190,000.00 USD Annually Description: Position Summary
  • Program leadership - Oversees the Vacuum Cell Technology portfolio within Quantum Sensing Solutions, managing development and production of advanced vacuum and vapor cell technologies used across Infleqtion's quantum applications and commercial product lines
  • Portfolio management - Directs internal R&D, customer-funded development programs, and commercial manufacturing while ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and technical commitments are met
  • Execution oversight - Structures program delivery for business growth, manages resources across teams and facilities, and communicates cost, schedule, delivery forecasts, and repair status

Responsibilities
  • Program strategy - Defines execution objectives, growth plans, and delivery expectations in a fast-paced technical environment
  • Stakeholder interface - Serves as the primary contact for customers, executive leadership, and internal teams
  • Performance ownership - Manages delivery metrics, profitability, customer satisfaction, schedules, and technical milestones
  • Cross-functional leadership - Leads engineering, manufacturing, operations, and subcontractor teams to achieve program objectives
