Studio Manager - OTF Southlands | SoLa Performance Group
Lead with Values and Culture. Grow the Business. Build a Career.
This isn't a job for someone looking to punch a clock at a gym. This is a leadership role - real responsibility, real metrics, real growth - inside one of the fastest-growing fitness brands in the world, operated by an owner who is serious about building something exceptional.
If you're a person who obsesses over the member experience as much as the P&L, and who wants to build a career - not just fill a role - then read on.
About SoLa Performance Group & Orangetheory Fitness Southlands
OTF Southlands is a top-performing Orangetheory Fitness studio in the Aurora/Southlands market, operated by SoLa Performance Group. We run a high-standard, high-care culture - one where members feel it the moment they walk in the door, and where team members grow into their best professional selves.
Orangetheory's science-backed, heart-rate-driven workouts have earned a passionate, loyal following. Our studio reflects that: high energy, deeply personal, and built on genuine relationships.
The Role
As Studio Manager, you are the operator of this business on the ground. You own the member experience, the sales culture, the team, and the results. You'll report directly to the owner and play a central role in shaping the studio's trajectory.
This role is for someone who:
• Leads by presence - you know every member's name, their goals, their milestones. You make people feel seen.
• Drives revenue - you understand the sales funnel, coach your team to perform, and are personally accountable to growth metrics.
• Runs a clean operation - scheduling, payroll, inventory, vendor relationships, facility standards. The details don't slip.
• Develops people - you take coaching seriously, hold your team accountable with care, and create an environment where people want to show up.
• Owns the floor - this role requires regular opening and closing of the studio. You lead from the front, not from behind a desk.
• Takes the brand outside the building - off-site marketing, community events, local partnerships, and grassroots outreach are a core part of this role. You're as comfortable representing SoLa at a neighborhood event as you are running a team huddle.
• Communicates clearly - with your team, with members, and with ownership. No surprises. No excuses. Just solutions.
• Loves this industry - you live and breathe health, performance, and community. This isn't just a job to you.
What We Offer
We invest in the right person. Here's what that looks like:
• Base salary $55,000-$70,000 depending on experience
• Performance-based bonus potential of $5,000-$15,000 - your results drive your earnings
• Comprehensive paid training & OTF certifications, you'll be set up to win from day one
• Complimentary studio membership, train where you work, because we walk the walk
• Product discounts
• Flexible scheduling aligned with your life
• Fitness-casual environment
• Direct mentorship from an owner-operator who uses real business frameworks and is invested in your development
• A clear path to growth - whether that's a multi-unit leadership role, a Director of Operations seat, or eventually owning your own franchise, this studio is a launching pad for serious operators
The Growth Opportunity - For Real
This is worth its own section because we mean it. The owner of SoLa Performance Group is an entrepreneur, not an absentee operator. If you have aspirations beyond managing one studio - running multiple locations, stepping into a business operations role, or one day owning your own OTF franchise - this is the environment to develop those skills. We'll teach you every dimension of how a fitness business actually runs.
You're Probably a Fit If
• You have 2+ years of management experience, ideally in fitness, hospitality, retail, or a similarly fast-paced, people-first environment
• You've led a sales team and know how to coach performance, not just track it
• You're comfortable being the face of the brand - inside the studio and out in the community
• You're organized, data-aware, and comfortable being held accountable to KPIs
• You show up early, stay late when it matters, and lead from the front
• You're ready to grow
Ready to Apply?
If this sounds like the opportunity you've been waiting for, we want to hear from you. Submit your resume and a brief note on why this role is the right next step for you.

Jobs That Make a Real Difference
About Us
Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
Our Philosophy
For us, physical fitness transcends weight loss and bikini season. Fitness is a way of life -- in fact, our brand purpose is to help people live longer, more vibrant lives. When we help our members to put in the work at our studios, they will experience benefits in their day-to-day. They will be physically stronger, but beyond that, they will notice improvements to their mood, cognition, sleep, and overall happiness and quality of life. This workout actually changes your body at the cellular level and has been known to help members through disease, chronic illness, depression, and even heartbreak and the loss of loved ones. They'll simply have the energy to play with their grandchildren, run a 5K, or go hiking. When we can help our members to take care of their body and mind, amazing things can happen. More Orangetheory, More LIFE
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Orangetheory is committed to encouraging, facilitating and upholding an environment centered on diversity, equity and inclusion across every facet of the Orangetheory brand.
