Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and coach your team to meet daily goals and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

  • Support inventory operations and fulfill online orders efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with the Store Manager on store strategy, staffing, and performance.
Performance Expectations:

  • Maintain high standards of store presentation and customer interaction at all times.
  • Foster a team culture that supports staff development, communication, and accountability.
  • Make data-informed decisions to adjust operations and hit performance targets.
  • Ensure effective scheduling and payroll efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in the ski/snowboard industry or retail leadership.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on team development.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
This position will begin September of 2026
Why Work With Us:
This is a seasonal winter role, but Ski ‘N See is a growing company with opportunities for year-round employment and career advancement for strong performers. We’re looking for leaders who want to grow with us, support their teams, and help our customers make memories on the mountain.
