Position Summary
A high-growth innovator in the smart water leak detection technology sector is hiring a Territory Manager to activate and expand business across Saint Lucie County, Martin County, Palm Beach County, Broward County. This is a field-focused role designed for a sales professional who thrives on building relationships with plumbing and HVAC contractors, distributors, and trade partners.
You’ll be the face of the company in the territory introducing a high-ROI product to the plumbing market, helping contractors understand how it drives new revenue, and ensuring they are trained and confident to deploy it. Supported by a strong inside sales and operations team, you’ll manage day-to-day field sales, onboarding, and pull-through activities to build long-term partner relationships and drive adoption.

Compensation & Benefits
