Job description

Develop and implement a training and competency assessment program for the Sleep product line of 48 FTEs. Provide department orientation, training and on-going assessment for all Sleep technologists. Work with technologists and supervisors to develop employee skills through one-on-one site specific training and/or through clinical rotations. Develop on the job training program for Sleep technologists. Provide research direction, statistic design and analysis and outcomes data. Educates staff on sleep research protocols. Responsible for managing the clinical monitoring process and the administration of clinical trials. Oversee adherence to good clinical practice and FDA regulations. Work with and develop relationship with 120 referring physicians. Responsible for all accreditation activities by ensuring compliance with all standards and guidelines. Coordinate all clinical affiliation activities. Works with each site and Medical Director/Supervisor to standardize protocols. Ensure customer satisfaction and appropriateness of care for all age groups.Estimated salary range for this position is $76322.21 - $99218.87 / year depending on experience.Degrees:
  • High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper.
Licenses & Certifications:
  • BRPT Registered Polysomnographic Technologist.
  • Basic Life Support.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Advanced education in staff development and/or education preferred.
  • Previous operational experience in Sleep medicine.
Minimum Required Experience: 5 Years
