Job Summary:
As the Sales Manager for the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Columbia, MO, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales plans, and leading a high-performing sales team. You will work closely with hotel General Managers, corporate leadership, and external partners to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Columbia, MO.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key stakeholders to drive business.
