Pay: $24.00 - $24.50 per hourJob description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Contact Center Database Curator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as we value diverse communication skills that enhance our client services.Duties:- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or chat.- Utilize strong communication skills to assist clients effectively while maintaining professionalism and courtesy.- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction with services provided.- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records and documentation.- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and improve service delivery.- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and recommend improvements in processes.- Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring compliance with company policies regarding cash handling.- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to create reports and manage information efficiently.Requirements:- Proven experience in a call center or similar customer support role- Bilingual or multilingual preferred, with strong English communication skills- Excellent phone etiquette and written/verbal communication skills- Strong analytical skills to assess situations and provide effective solutions- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with data entry systems- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail- Previous sales experience is a plus for understanding client needsJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In personBenefits: Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceAtwork Personnel is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment for all employees.
