Job description

What's the role?The Learning Administrator provides administrative and logistical support for the MBE Affiliate Group's training, onboarding, CPE tracking, and professional development programs. This role helps ensure team members have access to organized training resources, accurate records, and a smooth onboarding experience.Responsibilities include:Training Coordination & AdministrationCoordinate and schedule internal training sessions, onboarding programs, and firmwide learning initiativesPrepare training materials, session logistics, and participant resourcesManage training calendars, registrations, attendance tracking, and follow-up communicationsSupport the administration of learning platforms, training trackers, and documentation storageNew Hire Onboarding & SupportCoordinate new hire system setup and facilitate initial systems trainingServe as an initial resource for onboarding-related questions during the new hire periodAssist with scheduling and documentation for new hire check-ins and evaluation timelinesSupport staff and supervisors with training-related questions and communicate recurring issues or documentation needs to leadershipContinuing Education & DocumentationTrack CPE information, maintain related records, and prepare reports for leadership reviewMaintain training assignments, user records, course materials, and completion reports within the LMS or training tracking systemFormat, update, and organize training materials provided by subject matter expertsMaintain and update existing training guides, checklists, SOPs, and onboarding documents as directedReporting & Continuous ImprovementCollect training feedback, maintain participation records, and summarize results for leadershipHelp maintain accurate training records and support process consistency across the organizationAssist leadership by preparing reports and documentation related to training and professional development activitiesWhat experience and skills do I need to be successful?Required Skills and Experience2+ years of administrative support, office coordination, training administration, or related experienceStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees, supervisors, and firm leadershipExceptional organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyHigh attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentationAbility to maintain confidentiality regarding employee and client mattersProficiency with computers and standard business software applicationsStrong multitasking abilities and the capacity to stay organized in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting training programs, onboarding, or learning administrationExperience working with learning management systems (LMS) or training tracking platformsExperience coordinating schedules, events, or internal programsFamiliarity with continuing education (CPE) tracking and reporting processesExperience working in a professional services or public accounting environment is a plusGreat Perks and Benefits:Some major perks this firm can offer are long-term job stability, work-life balance to support raising a family, and significant opportunities to grow your career within the firm.
