Work you'll do
As a Manager on the SAP team, you will be responsible for leading SAP EAM/PM transformation efforts across the solution lifecycle.
  • Lead SAP EAM/PM client engagements across solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into functional designs, technical specifications, and scalable SAP EAM/PM solutions aligned to client objectives.
  • Drive SAP S/4HANA EAM programs, including greenfield implementations, brownfield transformations, system upgrades, and SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration efforts.
  • Design integrated business processes across SAP EAM/PM and adjacent modules, including SAP Materials Management, SAP Quality Management, SAP Production Planning, and SAP Controlling/internal orders, as well as interfaces with non-SAP applications.
  • Facilitate client workshops, lead design sessions, advise business stakeholders, and guide teams through requirements, solutioning, testing, cutover, and go-live readiness.
  • Mentor junior practitioners, support proposal and solution development efforts, and contribute reusable assets and leading practices that strengthen delivery quality and operational efficiency.

Professionals in the practice work with leading organizations across industries to modernize operations, improve process performance, and unlock value through cloud, automation, analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree plus 10+ years of SAP, enterprise resource planning, or consulting experience; 8+ years of SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a consulting firm, or as an internal consultant within industry
  • 5+ years of SAP Enterprise Asset Management / Plant Maintenance configuration experience and 3+ years of SAP Enterprise Asset Management / Plant Maintenance business process design experience
  • 2+ years of configuration or solution design experience in one or more of the following SAP modules: Materials Management, Quality Management, Production Planning, or Controlling/internal orders
  • Participation in at least 4 full lifecycle SAP implementations focused on SAP Enterprise Asset Management / Plant Maintenance, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare or support
  • 4+ years in a technical or functional lead role overseeing teams on at least 2 SAP Enterprise Asset Management / Plant Maintenance full lifecycle implementations
  • Experience with at least 2 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation programs, and experience with one or more of the following: SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation, system upgrades, brownfield implementations, greenfield implementations, data conversion, or non-SAP integration
  • Experience leading client workshops, developing functional specifications, and supporting testing, cutover, and go-live activities
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred
  • Master's degree
  • 4+ years of client service delivery experience in a consulting or professional services environment supporting enterprise transformation engagements
  • Participation in 1+ SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA conversion or greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation
  • Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP Asset Manager, SAP Intelligent Asset Management, or similar SAP Enterprise Asset Management digital capabilities
  • Experience in one or more of the following industries: oil and gas, chemicals, utilities, manufacturing, telecommunications, or life sciences
  • Current SAP certification in SAP S/4HANA Asset Management, Enterprise Asset Management, Plant Maintenance, or an integrated SAP module supporting asset management operations
