Practice Manager, Sales & Operations

EmploymentType: Full-Time

Compensation: $100,000 + bonus

Serenity is hiring a Practice Manager, Sales & Operations to take full ownership of a high-volume service location โ€” the team, the floor, the numbers, the sales pipeline, and the member experience. This is a role for someone who has already proven they can drive revenue while running a tightoperation andis ready to do both at a higher level.You'llbe expected to lead visibly, hold your team accountable to performance targets, and keep the standard high even when things get complicated. If your background blends operations management witha track recordof hitting sales goals,you'llwalk in already speaking the language. No industry-specific experiencerequired.

What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Own the full day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location โ€” staffing, workflow, floor presence, and output quality
  • Drive sales performance across the location, holding yourself and your team accountable to clearly defined revenue targets and KPIs
  • Set the performance standard for your team and hold it consistently through coaching, feedback, and structured accountability
  • Ensure everymemberinteraction is efficient, professional, and reflects the level of service Serenity is known for โ€” whileidentifyingand converting sales opportunities
  • Track location KPIs โ€” sales volume, conversion rates, efficiency, and quality scores โ€” and use that data to makerealoperational and commercial decisions
  • Identifyunderperformance early and address it directly, with clarity and follow-through
What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of leadership experience with a demonstrated blend of operations management and sales โ€”you'verun the floor and owned a number
  • A proventrack recordof meeting and exceeding sales targets with the results to back it up
  • Demonstratedaccountability to KPIs โ€”you'vemanaged them, reported on them, and made decisions based on them
  • Background in hospitality, upscale retail, or premium service operations is a strong advantage โ€” ifyou'verun a location where member experience and revenue performance drove every decision, you already know what this job feels like
  • You've had direct performance conversations and have the outcomes to show for them
  • Youdon'twait to be told something is off โ€” you see it, own it, and fix it
