Salisbury Rowan County North Carolina

Full-time/ Permanent
Actively seeking physicians to fill openings in the Salisbury Rowan County North Carolina area. This is a high priority need with multiple locations available.

Open Locations:

Downtown Salisbury, NC

South Salisbury (closer to Charlotte)

Cleveland, NC (short distance to Lake Norman)

Specialty Need: Internal Medicine-trained physicians interested in outpatient roles are strongly encouraged to apply.

Position Overview

Internal Medicine trained physician needed for outpatient primary care. This position focuses on diagnosing and treating nonsurgical conditions of internal organ systems in adult and adolescent patients.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct general consultations and patient assessments

Diagnose and treat common health problems

Help patients manage chronic conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure

Prescribe medications and provide preventive care advice

Document patient test results examination notes and medical history

Provide regular care for patients at outpatient clinics
Required Qualifications

Internal Medicine training completed

MD or DO degree

Valid medical license or eligibility for licensure in North Carolina

Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in outpatient primary care setting

Excellent clinical judgment
