Manufacturing Engineer

Direct Hire

Oklahoma City

Target Pay: $90-110K plus bonus, medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO

We are working with a client looking for a manufacturing engineer to join their team. The hiring manager is eager to fill the spot, at the previous pereson has been promoted internally.

This person will serve as the lead manufacturing engineering resource for the operation, driving process improvements, tooling, automation, and production efficiency initiatives across the plant. They will work closely with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and global suppliers to support new product launches, improve manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and optimize production flow.

The role is highly hands-on and includes oversight of molds, fixtures, robotics, preventive maintenance programs, and continuous improvement efforts using Lean Manufacturing principles. This individual will also help troubleshoot production and supplier quality issues while ensuring safety, compliance, and operational reliability. Additionally, they will support ERP/manufacturing systems and maintain accurate engineering data, BOMs, and production routings.
