  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on lessons learned from FMEA, field feedback, and quality data analysis, ensuring feedback loops across all project stages and utilizing digital knowledge management systems.
  • Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement within Engineering by systematically capturing, analyzing, and sharing lessons learned, best practices, and risk mitigation outcomes through digital platforms-enabling Engineering to evolve as a self-learning organization.
  • Ensure that technical safety, regulatory, and normative requirements (e.g., CE, ISO 9001) are addressed through systematic risk management and FMEA processes at every step, supported by digital compliance tracking.

Qualifications -

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering; advanced training or certification in FMEA, risk management, or quality (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma) is highly desirable.
