Essential Functions:

  • Provides risk consulting in multiple business areas and guides to implementing solutions.
  • Analyzes data, influences others to identify risks and trends, and proactively provides oversight and guidance during risk assessments, incidents, and audits.
  • Supports collaborative environments between other risk team members and various partner groups to create an integrated and seamless risk experience for the organization.
  • Executes challenge activities to elevate areas of suspected risk and to gain assurance that risk-taking groups are appropriately representing their departments.
  • Ensures challenges are adequately documented and are audit-defensible.
  • Consults on Issue/Event analysis to observe trends and insights on changes to business departments.
  • Balances multiple priorities to help drive business value and support team objectives while managing tasks and activities related to risk management initiatives.

  • Knowledge of functional reviews, root cause analysis, and operational risk analysis.
