Job Description:

Treasury Special Actions Team:

  • Responsible for advising client teams when their clients become financially challenged; making recommendations to reduce credit limits for their treasury services or move to prefunding. Manage team reporting, team mailbox and pulling data necessary for reviews. Guide client teams through Bankruptcy process and steps to ensure compliance with court documents. Act as a liaison between Legal and the Client Team.

  • Contribute/lead projects providing risk guidance with examples including regulatory requirements, audit issues, policy/procedures review and product development/expansion.

  • Identifies and drives operational excellence opportunities through process transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports the development and execution of reporting to allow risk and business partners to effectively identify and manage risk in an effective manner

  • Analyzes trends and supports the data design, portfolio trends, loss trends, and portfolio dynamics to ensure alignment with business strategies

  • Supports various product strategic initiatives affecting multiple risk functions and lines of business to ensure company goals are met

  • Participates in the development of database production processes and performance reports, using data mining and other advanced analytical techniques to aggregate data

  • Support responses to ad-hoc requests for information from both internal and external parties

  • Provides support on efforts to remediate data quality issues

  • Assists with Helps to monitoring the outputs of controls and investigates alerts from the control checks

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience in treasury/payments/transaction banking with strong knowledge of Global Payments Solutions products/services

  • Experience using SQL, PowerApps/Power Automate, Copilot

  • Credit/Risk background or Operational Risk equivalent experience

  • Strong risk mindset and able to debate, escalate issues and concerns

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong project management skills; attention to detail; ability to drive projects to conclusion

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders at once, prioritize workflow and deliver results under pressure and time constraints

  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize daily tasks with project work as well as ad hoc and unplanned urgent requests

  • Proven verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills

  • Ability to synthesis information and summarize key themes and drive to logical outcomes while constantly challenging the status quo

  • Able to develop and maintain good working relationships

  • Self-starter, motivated and reliable; ability to work well and seamlessly within a team without a continuous high level of guidance

  • Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint, SharePoint Online and WebEx.
